Within Tat Gıda, targets have been spread to all employees starting from senior management with the Performance Management System OKR (Objectives & Key Results). By this system, it is made possible for employees to adopt the company’s goals and work with a culture focused on success, development and feedback during the year. Employees are able to constantly review their OKRs, set performance goals in new areas by revising them with review (check-in) periods.
At Tat Gıda, the future organization of the company, the development of employees with leadership potential, critical specialties, rotation, promotion, company back-up plans and talent pools are reviewed through career planning meetings every year. The development of the employees in the talent pools is followed up with individual development plans. Performance indicators are also monitored in order to acquire and develop the skills that are needed by the company.
